Currently the sole instructor of the Video Production degree and co-developer of the 3D/2D Animation degrees. Started out at Stark State as a math testing Proctor and transitioned into a substitute teacher for the entire Digital Media department. Taught as an Adjunct for many semesters until the previous video instructor departed. Host of the annual Spartan Media Awards and the Stark Contrast Film Fest.

Worked with customers by designing various publications: brochures, flyers, business cards, letterhead, logos, websites, etc. Also prep customer-provided artwork for CMYK pre-press.
Screenwriter & Storyboard Artist - I.M. Productions
2008-2009
Hired during the pre-production of the independent film Forbidden Woods to develop the film script from an original short story, then storyboard the entire film. Was slated to direct the film until it ran into financial problems.

Performing
Arts
In 1998, Ralph joined L.I.O.N. Players, a performing arts troupe. Using dance, drama, mime, music, and personal stories, the team performed around the Akron area and internationally. Notable venues include Akron's E.J. Thomas Hall*, Akron's First Night*, St. Petersburg Russia, Kharkov Ukraine, the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City UT, the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens Greece, and London England in 2011. Ralph was Assistant Director for many years, creating sketches and a full-length play, The Barrier of Thorns. The team sent him in 2002 to train with a mime troupe in Los Angeles CA with guest artist Marcel Marceau. Ralph stayed with L.I.O.N. Players for 9 years.

In 1999, Ralph worked with the band 100 Portraits as Production Designer for their Enter the Worship Circle tours, performing onstage by creating spontaneous improvisational paintings. Toured through the southern USA and a trip to Recife, Brazil.

Ralph performed in the play M*A*S*H at the Salem Community Theater in 2012, as a background character.
​
Ralph directed a play called Game Show for the Salem Community Theater in 2012.
​
Currently, Ralph is volunteering using puppets to help kids feel welcome at Church services for the 1st through 4th Graders. He can also be seen appearing in student short films at Stark State College, as well as hosting the Spartan Media Awards and Stark Contrast Film Festivals.
